Charge - The Nyanza Advisory Committee will be charged with reviewing standard and ad-hoc reports related to the Nyanza Superfund Site and its related impacts, including but not limited to EPA 5-year reports and DEP annual reports.  After review, any suggestions or concerns would be reported to the Board of Selectmen, Board of Health, and Conservation Commission.

This will be a Board of Selectmen appointment and they are seeking 2 residents to serve on this committee.
